Each user is permitted only one listing per service category. Each profile must be uniquely tailored to its respective category, featuring distinct photos, profile text, and verification.
Profiles may not include links or references to other advertising platforms, agency websites, or competitors of Beauty & Bliss.
By uploading a profile on Beauty & Bliss, users affirm that they possess the rights to all materials submitted and that these materials do not infringe upon any copyright laws.
Users certify that the identification documents provided for posting photos and visual materials are legitimate legal documents. If fraudulent identification documents are discovered, Beauty & Bliss reserves the right to immediately remove any advertisements and take further action.
The use of the platform and communications established between users must comply with the following rules and prohibitions:
Users will have the “Report Profile” function available if they feel that the reported user is violating the rules and Terms and Conditions described in this document. Beauty & Bliss will evaluate the reports and make a decision according to the violations committed by the reported user.

Beauty & Bliss is committed to maintaining a safe and respectful community. We enforce a strict zero-tolerance policy against prostitution and all other illegal activities. We are dedicated to fostering a harassment-free environment. Any user found violating these standards will face immediate banning.
Beauty & Bliss provides a virtual platform designed exclusively for verified users to advertise their services to clients. Beauty & Bliss’ services are strictly limited to enabling communication between clients and verified users.
Beauty & Bliss does not assume responsibility for any theft, loss, or damage to the physical or moral integrity of users that may occur during appointments or communications facilitated by the platform.
In the event that any user or third-party initiates legal, judicial, or administrative claims against one or more users, all parties involved in such claims release Beauty & Bliss from any associated liability.
Refunds will be issued for non-published classifieds ONLY, including the classifieds refused on the grounds of obscene/vulgar/illegal content, and will reflect a 10% handling fee.
If your profile is not available/offline for over 24 hours, you are entitled to a credit for the downtime only. Should you decide to discontinue your profile due to an outage of over 48 hours, you are entitled to a refund equal to the time your ad is offline ONLY.
There will be no refund nor credit for ads removed due to fraudulent (fake) IDs or DMCA related takedowns.
The ownership rights of the platform and its methodologies are held exclusively by Beauty & Bliss. Beauty & Bliss grants you a personal, worldwide, royalty-free, non-assignable, and non-exclusive license to use the software provided as part of our services.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services or included software, nor may you reverse engineer or extract the source code of that software, unless prohibited by law or unless you have our written permission.
