If you need to reschedule please do so within 24 hrs in advance. The Deposit is Non -Refundable…I will allow it to be used on One Rescheduled Appointment .I have a 15 minute grace period . Your appointment will be canceled if you are more than 15 minutes late unless we discussed you getting fit in .
All no shows/same day cancellations will be charged 50% of service and I will not allow you to book another appointment until it’s payed.

— Preparation —
Please come without makeup! Do not apply any moisturizers or any oil based products around the eyes. If you use strip lashes make sure you remove any left over adhesive. I am home based! Please park across the street from my house and Please text me at 210-723-5517 when you arrive. I will let you know when I am ready for you. My studio is on the right side of my house. It gets cold in here ! I have blankets or you can bring your own blanket if you’d like .
