Booking & Refill Policy

• Refills: Must be booked according to the number of weeks since your last appointment. Appointments over 4 weeks require a full set.
• Eligibility: A reasonable amount of extensions must remain after cleansing and removal of grown-out lashes.
• Arrival: Please arrive with clean lashes and no eye makeup, strip-lash glue, or oily products.
• Existing Clients: Refill appointments are for current LashboxNo.7 clients unless otherwise approved.
