A non-refundable deposit is required to book and will be applied to your service. Rescheduling requires at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations and no-shows forfeit the deposit. A 15-minute grace period is allowed; after that, your appointment may be shortened, modified, or canceled. Removing or shortening a booked service is considered a last-minute partial cancellation and may incur a fee. No children or additional guests are allowed. Remaining balance is due the day of service.
