Clients are given a 10-minute grace period. After 10 minutes, a $15 late fee will be applied to the remaining balance. Appointments will be canceled after 15 minutes late.

Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance to avoid a late cancellation fee of 50% of the remaining balance. NO CALL NO SHOW will be CHARGED the FULL REMAINING BALANCE and will be banned from booking any further appointments!
