CANCELLATIONS
Your treatments are reserved exclusively for you. When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time.

We charge 50% of the service fee for all PMU appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24-hours. All microblading appointments require 48 hours notice.
After 3 no-shows, we will charge the full service fee and may require pre-payment to book an appointment with us.
